Amadeus has developed a full innovation capability after participating in the Corporate Growth program. Our organisation culture has made a significant shift towards innovation. Innovation management has become a recognised and valued process and a more structured approach to innovating has been adopted.
It was a pleasure for us to be part of European Innovation Academy for the first time in Lisbon. We were delighted by the great quality of candidates and the big interest of candidates wanting to work for Daimler.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Advisor is a unique digital learning assistant, developed by our team. The key functions of AI Advisor are to provide support, Q&A assistance and motivation to the teams throughout the process of acceleration.
Unique Digital Platform ensures an effective collaboration and knowledge accumulation during the program. The Platform is designed to facilitate communication during the acceleration process and to provide the participants with all the necessary digital tools to achieve the best acceleration results.
