PNIP & PEC’S INVESTMENT READINESS TRAINING PROGRAM
Pakistan National Investor Portal (PNIP) and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) have collaborated to launch a nationwide program for Engineers registered with PEC
as part of their CPD requirement. Fees for those applicants who meet the selection criteria for this program will be completely waived.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVE:
The program is designed towards attainment of SDG goals.

The program intends to boost entrepreneurship especially in engineering profession
To engage, train and equip engineers having passion for entrepreneurship with skills, in order to help them
- scale their existing businesses
- transform their research/product ideas into successful business
To provide a platform for engineers to be investment ready and facilitate to grab local and international investors.
PROGRAM APPROACH:
- Target Audience:
This program is designed for,- Engineers with a passion for entrepreneurship/business
- PEC Registered engineers running their business ventures as a registered private limited company or looking to register a company with SECP
- Engineers with commercially viable ideas with a minimum viable product or service proof of concept (i.e. proof of revenue)
- Engineers looking to raise finance in order to scale their businesses
- At least two to five-member team with a dedicated resource working as Chief Business/Investment Office
- B- Deliverables of the Program:
- Participants will develop business plan and financial plan for their ventures.
- Participants will learn how to build their team and develop the right culture.
- Participants will master the investment process, understand the types of investor and available investment opportunities.
- Participants will develop their short and long business pitches to present their venture successfully.
- Participants will receive mentorship and guidance from experienced trainers from the industry and will be part of a support network through
the course group.
- C- Program Outcomes:
- New ventures as formal registered businesses will be a direct outcome of this program.
- Direct addition to the economy through import substitution and export revenue will be a direct outcome of this program.
- Commercial investment raised by ventures certified investment ready will be a direct outcome of this program.
- Jobs and improved living standards through achievement of SDGs will be a direct outcome of this program.
